J. BuiLoan Programs
Conventional
If you are planning to borrow up to $726,200 (up to $1,089,300 depending on county) consider a conforming conventional loan.
Jumbo
Jumbo financing is available for loan amounts that exceed the conforming maximum of $726,200.
FHA
